Hallo, ich bin Monika. Ich möchte die Orte kennen, die ich besuche, um ein bisschen mehr zu verstehen, den Ort und die Menschen. Deshalb hoffe ich, Ihnen meine Heimatstadt zu zeigen und Sie zum Kommen und Wiederkehren zu verführen, weil sie klein ist, aber so viel Geschichte und schöne Orte zu bieten hat. Auf dieser Tour werde ich versuchen, Ihnen die wichtigsten Punkte der Stadt zu zeigen: Hauptplatz (Praça da Republica), die Synagoge, die Kirche des Hl. Franziskus von Sissi, das Streichholzschachtelmuseum, die Kirche St. Maria, die Kirche von St. Iria, und sogar die Gärten (Mouchão und 7 Hill Garden) ... und wenn Sie wirklich gerne spazieren gehen, können wir zusammen zu einer anderen Kirche (N. Srª da Piedade) klettern und sogar zu Fuß (oder mit dem Auto) Gehen Sie zum Aquadukt von Pegões.

I was the only participant in the tour, Monica has a lot of knowledge about the city as a local and the history behind it, and a good energy as well :) We went through the main pointa in the city with detailed explanation. She even took me to the aqueduct outside of the city, and gave me tips for my next stop in my trip in Portugal.
I didn’t know what to expect on the GuruWalk tour I signed up for since I had not planned it very much in advance. I was pleasantly surprised and need not to have had any doubts. Monica was very interesting and had a deep passion for her beautiful town of Tomar. Her knowledge of the history and extra details she shared with us made for a great experience.
