Ich kenne die Geschichte und die Menschen und ich habe gerne eine lustige Erfahrung, wenn ich die Stadt mit anderen sehe.
We travelled an hour by train to meet the Guru and we were very looking forward to our tour. Unfortunately the guide never showed up. After contacting him, he stated that he no longer works with the company. So, whose fault is it if profile is still active but Guru doesn't work anymore with the company? All the tours we have booked before were always 100% satisfactory. Totally disappointed today 😤
IT IS A SHAME! Not professional at all! No matter how many reminders you receive don’t trust this Ryan, he won’t show up! He just made me commute for two hours and wait for 20 min after which he didn’t even bother to answer my texts. Ryan you said it yourself you should be the one who’s courteous and let us know if you won’t come. I’m only spending 2 days in Berlin and you’ve just ruined one day because of this tour I didn’t plan for any other thing today and I have lost 4 hours in trains back and forth plus the unnecessary waiting time. Update: he texted me two hours later to tell me that the tour departed and he couldn’t see me which was obviously not true because only two people booked the tour, me and another person, if you have this low number of participants the least you can do is to check your inbox to try to find the other 50% of your audience.
What a great tour!!!! Ryan was an amazing tour guide! We fully enjoyed his tour and seeing the outskirts of Berlin!! Would highly recommend this tour to everyone!!
Lovely walk in the lakes, I highly recommend it for those who have never visited the area before.
