Soy un cantante / compositor que nació en Liverpool y comenzó como guía turístico musical de Liverpool hace aproximadamente 4 años. Siempre tuve una pasión por la era Merseybeat y la ciudad de Liverpool en sí, con su historia muy colorida. Así que fue una elección simple para mí convertirme en guía turístico de mi ciudad. Intento encapsular parte de mi pasión en cada gira y acompañarla con un poco o tres canciones en cada uno de mis viajes también. I had an amazing experience on the Beatles city tour in Liverpool! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing a deep understanding of The Beatles' history. He delivered the story in a fun and theatrical way, making it engaging and memorable. Even though there were just two of us, he provided a wealth of information with great energy and enthusiasm. The tour lasted 4.5 hours, extended specifically for our benefit, which made it even more personal. This was, without a doubt, the best tour I’ve ever been on – a fantastic, unforgettable experience! Highly recommended for Beatles fans!
Since 2023 I have been trying to book this tour with the guru but no luck, sometimes its covid sometimes its work and now it was rescheduled. I would simply advise you to dont bother booking this tour since the chances of it happening are really slim
Jimmy is not able to do the tour at the advertised time due to his work commitments. It is disappointing as he is aware that he can’t do the tour at that time but he is not able to change the times on the GuruWalk website. We booked the tour but were not able to rearrange our schedule to suit Jimmy’s other commitments. We were very disappointed. Do not book with Jimmy unless you have unlimited extra time to suit his work schedule.
We had a wonderful late afternoon/evening tour with Jimmy. He is very knowledgable and passionate about both his city, Liverpool, and the Beatles and their history. He interjects humour and song into his story telling. He went out of his way to show us many hidden treasures and made our tour genuinely very interesting and entertaining. I’d highly recommend a tour with Jimmy!
