Alex was a great guide and was fun and informative. We got a lot of Madrid history which we both enjoyed hearing. The tour moved at a good pace - gracias to Alex.
Arrivato puntuale al punto d'incontro, aspettato oltre l'orario non ho trovato la persona con lo stendardo nelle vicinanze della statua dell'orsa.
Our group were in the right spot, 15 minutes ahead, waited 40 min but the guide never showed up! It was our last day in Madrid and it was too late to find another tour. Very disapointed!
