Very poor, 4 separate people waited for half an hour at the arranged place. We arrived 15 minutes early so did the other people . No message to say it was cancelled, we looked everywhere in case our guide was nearby but nothing. We waisted more than an hour for this as we could have done something else instead. Very unreliable.
