I have been is GURU for years and NEVER was a tour guid no show without cancelling prior to the tour. All the more insulting is getting a message asking how I enjoyed the tour yhat NEVER happened

u're right and am really sorry, I can't excuse myself, I didn't see the booking on time, weather has been Rough this days in Panama.
