For much of the 20th century, this area remained the premier residential and retail district of Shanghai. Despite re-development over the last few decades, the area retains a distinct character, and is a popular tourist destination.

🔎 This is a donation-based tour and recommended tips: 150-200 RMB (20-25 USD or Euro)/pp.
