Good morning! I am Barbara, from Florence. I have lived in Valencia since 2011. I have also lived in Barcelona, Madrid, Vitoria and many other places in Spain. I am a tour guide and a guide accompanying tourist circuits, an art historian, a painting and ceramics teacher and I also teach Italian language and culture to foreigners. One of my great passions is traveling and telling people about the beauty that surrounds us. I love sharing with people my experiences, my passions, my knowledge and, why not?, my talents. I propose a peculiar tour in the historic and characteristic maritime district of Cabanyal , whose history is inextricably linked to that of the city of Valencia. A neighborhood a stone's throw from the sea , full of typical restaurants , cafes , nightclubs and pubs open until late at night. Characteristic of the neighborhood are the Cabanyal Market and the Arros Museum .
The colorful buildings with the famous colorful azulejos , the modernist structures that we can still see there, the alleys that form small labyrinths, make Cabanyal a unique and special place.
