The West Bank of Luxor
The West Bank is a necropolis of Egypt from the 18th, 19th, and 20th dynasties of the Egyptian Golden Age around 1500 BC. Here are the highlights and must-see attractions:

Main Areas:
1- Valley of the Kings
Description: This royal burial ground houses the tombs of pharaohs from the 18th, 19th, and 20th dynasties, including Tutankhamun, Ramesses II, and Seti I.
Details: Over 60 tombs exist, but only a handful are open to the public. Your entrance ticket allows you to visit three tombs, with additional tickets available for more.
2- Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut
Description: This impressive temple, dedicated to the female pharaoh Hatshepsut, stands against the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari.
