Recorriendo Roma is born, like any project, an idea; to make known the History of Rome in the most exciting way possible. We are a team of licensed professionals in History and Archeology dedicated to the tourist service in the Eternal City. Our objective is that each visitor that shares this experience acquires knowledge and sensations that transport it in a timeline from Ancient Rome to Contemporary Rome through an imaginary and at the same time real journey. And Rome offers a wonderful range of possibilities; Whether you are walking through its streets, admiring its monuments, visiting its museums or tasting its gastronomic specialties without comparison with any other European city.

💲 Free tours do not have a fixed price but rather the price is free, that is, at the end of the visit the client will pay the guide what they consider appropriate, thus valuing their work.

On the free tour of Ancient Rome and the Jewish Quarter we will accompany you to tour one of the most emblematic areas of Antiquity.
We will start at the Circus Maximus , where the famous horse races were held and from which we will enjoy one of the most impressive panoramic views of the Palatine Hill.
We will continue towards the Mouth of Truth , where a famous scene from the movie Roman Holiday was filmed, and we will tell you why it is said that it is dangerous to put your hand in it... But you will also learn the secrets of the Boario Forum , where we can still admire two of the best preserved temples of Antiquity.
We will then arrive at the Teatro Marcello , the only ancient theater preserved in Rome thanks to its curious reuse, and we will enter the archaeological area occupied by this same theater and the monumental Portico of Octavia .
Finally, we will tour the ghetto or Jewish neighborhood , one of the oldest in Europe. Famous for its picturesque alleys and its imposing synagogue, there we will delve into the events of World War II .
And we will end our walk through history in the Sacred Area of Largo Argentina , where the assassination of Julius Caesar took place in the year 44 BC.
