Join us for an unforgettable walking tour starting in the charming piazza at Via Celsa 7, just a stone’s throw from the famous Piazza Venezia.
Our journey begins with a discussion of the history and legends surrounding Vittorio Emanuele as we explore Rome's most iconic square. We’ll delve into the story of Italy’s unification and its modern history.
We will then make our way to the magnificent Trevi Fountain, where we will uncover the tragic tale of its original creator, explore the symbolism of the fountain, and reveal the truth behind the famous legend of the coin toss.
Next, we’ll visit the Piazza Rotonda, the vibrant square that houses the breathtaking Pantheon, the oldest and best-preserved building in Rome. This architectural marvel has withstood the test of time for over 2,000 years and offers a unique glimpse into ancient Roman life.
Our tour culminates at Largo di Torre Argentina, a site of great historical significance as it is where Julius Caesar was famously assassinated. We will explore the rich history of this fascinating area and discuss its ancient roots, rounding off our journey with insights into the nearby temples and the captivating stories they tell.
In approximately 2 hours, we will visit the Trevi Fountain, The Pantheon, Largo di Torre Argentina, and more, capturing the essence of Rome’s legends and history along the way. Don’t miss this opportunity for the best photos and stories in the Eternal City!
