Hello! 👋🏻 I'm Edu, a Huelva native in love with and a great connoisseur of Huelva and its province. Join me to visit the most emblematic places in one of the oldest cities in the West and soak up its history from the Phoenicians, through the Age of Discovery, to the arrival of the English. I am an art historian from the University of Seville, with a Master's Degree in the Guardianship of Historical-Artistic Heritage. The legacy of al-Andalus from the University of Granada and a PhD candidate in Mudejar Art in Huelva from the University of Seville. We look forward to seeing you!

We will begin this free tour of Huelva next to Casa Colón. Why did so many civilizations choose this city as their home? What traces have they left? Let's find out!
Walking through the center of the city we will see palatial houses that are more than a hundred years old , and we will pause to visit an old fishermen's home from the 15th century. Afterwards we will approach the Gran Teatro and the Plaza de las Monjas , the favorite meeting point among Huelva residents.
In the second part of the tour we will arrive at the Mayor Church of San Pedro , the oldest in the city, where we will tell you about the origin of Huelva.
Next stops? The Mora Claros Palace and the venerated church of the Purísima Concepción , from where we will head towards the last part of the visit. We will continue walking the streets of the most modern Huelva on the way to the Mercado del Carmen .
Two and a half hours later, we will end the tour on the Estuary promenade. You are going to fall in love with the views of the Marismas del Odiel Natural Park and the Río Tinto company dock.

We ask you to be between 10 - 15 minutes before starting the tour (10:30) in the Plaza del Punto next to the access to Casa Colón.
