My last full time teaching job was as the director of an international school in Cambodia but I've taught in Australia, the USA, Morocco, Thailand, Kenya, and Bangladesh too. I'm still a fully qualified teacher with over 30 years of teaching experience in English, outdoor education, and pastoral care. I'm always happy to walk and share my knowledge of North Cornwall with anyone who is interested in discovering this magical corner of England.
Demystify the Legends & Landscape: A Camel Estuary Adventure
Intrigued by hidden coves, shipwreck secrets, and a touch of wartime history? Join our exhilarating walking tour and unravel the captivating stories of the Camel Estuary!
Our adventure begins:
Convenience at your Doorstep: Staying at the St. Moritz Hotel or The Point? We offer pick-up and drop-off options for your comfort.
This circular tour is more than just a walk; it's a captivating journey through time and legend! Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to explore the magic of the Camel Estuary.
I will be inside the Tubestation cafe near the woodburning stove if it is winter and it is on. If the cafe is closed for any reason I will be by the front door up the steps! People know me there so just ask for Bill! It's a great place to hang out and there are toilets there too. You'll find the cafe just above Polzeath Beach carpark
We don't actually walk here but can do for drop offs and pick ups as it is not far off the route
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
