Did you know that the Treme, a neighborhood adjacent to the French Quarter, is the source of much of New Orleans' famous cultural heritage?
This one, small part of the city is home to several museums, a world renowned park, historic churches, and homes that whisper the stories of a time gone by. Join me for a stroll through Treme, ending in Congo Square.
History, begging to be known, resides just beneath the surface of almost everything in New Orleans. You just have to know where to look.
