Hello! My name is Pablo and I am a manico. Since I was little, I have always known that I wanted to dedicate myself to tourism. That is why I studied the Tourism Degree at the University of Zaragoza. My passion for traveling and being in contact with people has led me to work as an "accompanying guide" organizing, coordinating and assisting groups during their trips through Europe. Now I want us to discover together the most important places in my beloved Zaragoza through its history, culture, customs and traditions. I hope to see you soon!

Tour description

Would you like to discover the essentials of Zaragoza and do you have 2 and a half hours available ?

Then I invite you to take a trip back in time 2,000 years ago where we will visit the most important places and monuments of the city, from its foundation as a Roman colony of " Caesaraugusta" , passing through the Muslim " Saraqusta" until reaching " Çaragoça ". " medieval after the Christian reconquest.

We will start the tour at the statue of Caesar Augustus and we will tour the historic center of the city together.

And to get your teeth into it , these are some of the things you will discover:

  • A market where traditional fish, meat and fruit stalls merge with tapas and cocktails stalls.

  • Picturesque squares in which churches, museums, Renaissance palaces and lively terraces share space at the same time.

  • The most famous tapas area and our gastronomy, festivals, traditions and customs.

  • Towers and examples of Mudejar art , declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

We will end the tour at the most emblematic monument of Zaragoza: the Cathedral-Basilica of Nuestra Señora del Pilar. We will talk about the origin of its construction and the history, devotion and miracles that are attributed to the Virgen del Pilar.

If you don't have long teeth yet, I want to tell you that this is only a small part of what you will see during the tour and that there may be some unexpected surprises if you pay attention...

Have I convinced you? Then I'll see you on the tour!

**I accept both cash payment and Bizum.
