We are Charing Cross. We aim to make each tour an intimate, authentic Parisian experience. Our average group size is 10 - 15 guests, and we try to keep a max of 22 guests/guide. Also, our tours are all designed and run by local Parisians. No expat to run your tour! We give you the tourist must-sees and also the Paris of the Parisians.
This is our most visual tour, people love it.
Enjoy historic Paris with a Parisian by your side, and experience the magic.
Because we’re a small group, and our route is 95% car-free, in two hours “Paris starts here. From Notre-Dame to Louvre" brings you to: Notre-Dame, Sainte Chapelle, Conciergerie/Marie-Antoinette, the old Louvre (and the new), the glass pyramid, le Carrousel and the Tuileries Gardens.
We start near Notre-Dame. We even visit a special basement.
We keep groups small, so you will not chase a huge group. And your guide is a real Parisian – fluent in English, knowledgeable and fun.
Included in tour:
To see all this, we do not go inside every monument.
Note: we reject any large parties at tour start, so if you are a large party, please contact us now to book a private tour.
Meet your guide at 10 rue de la colombe street. Guide wears a pink vest. Every day, rain or shine. Closest metro stops are hôtel-de-ville (lines 1 and 11) and cité (line 4).
We walk through all the courtyards, we take pictures at the glass pyramid, and we go into mysterious underground parts (for more information, you need to join the tour...)
"new bridge": Paris' oldest bridge. And with the best view...
our most romantic bridge. should not be missed, ever!
up close and personal - built to impress, you'll experience it for yourself
